PLEASE NOTE! Unless stated otherwise, our dogs and puppies are located in Arkansas, and transported to the north/northeast once adopted. We do occasionally have dogs/puppies placed in foster homes in the north/northeast. In the cases where the pet is somewhere other than Arkansas, it will be noted beside the name of the pet.

PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS INFO BEFORE YOU EMAIL. AMY IS LOCATED IN ARKANSAS. SHE IS LISTED FOR ADOPTION IN THE STATES THAT WE OFFER TRANSPORT TO OR NEAR. SHE WILL REMAIN IN ARKANSAS UNTIL ADOPTED, AT WHICH TIME SHE WILL BE TRANSPORTED TO HER ADOPTER. THEREFORE, SETTING UP A MEET N GREET IS NOT POSSIBLE UNLESS YOU WOULD LIKE TO COME TO AR. AMY’S ADOPTION FEE WILL BE $800 AND THE TRANSPORT FEE IS $140. SHE IS A BREEDER SURRENDER. THE BREEDER SHE CAME FROM BREEDS FOR SHOW AND SHE IS TOO SMALL FOR THE SHOW RING, AND TOO SMALL TO BE USED FOR BREEDING (THANK GOD). I AM NOT A BREEDER, NOR DO I CONDONE ANYTHING ABOUT THE BREEDING INDUSTRY. AMY CAME TO ME BECAUSE SHE NEEDED TO BE RESCUED, THE BREEDER DID NOT WANT HER AND DID NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH FINDING HER A HOME BECAUSE THEY ONLY DEAL WITH PEOPLE WHO WANT SHOW DOGS. HER FEE IS SET AND WILL HELP OUR RESCUE CATCH UP ON SOME OF OUR ASTRONOMICALLY HIGH VET BILLS. AMY IS 10 MONTHS OLD AND IS THE SWEETEST, MOST BOUNCY, HAPPY LITTLE GIRL. SHE IS A SMALL ENGLISH BULLDOG AND ONLY WEIGHS ABOUT 25lbs. SHE IS FRIENDLY WITH EVERYONE AND IS LOVED BY EVERYONE WHO HAS THE PLEASURE OF GETTING TO KNOW HER. AMY IS NOT YET HOUSE TRAINED BUT SHE IS WORKING ON IT AND DOING WELL. BEING A RESCUE, IT IS DIFFICULT TO FOCUS ON ONE DOG'S TRAINING AND THEREFORE, HOUSE TRAINING IS VERY SLOW. SHE WILL DO MUCH BETTER WHEN SHE IS IN A HOME WHERE SOMEONE CAN GIVE HER MORE UNDIVIDED ATTENTION. SHE SLEEPS IN A CRATE AT NIGHT AND SHE IS QUIET AND SETTLES DOWN QUICKLY. SHE SNORES LOUDLY, SO GET READY! IT'S QUITE COMICAL! AMY GETS ALONG WITH ALL OF THE OTHER DOGS HERE AND HAS HAD NO ISSUES AT ALL WITH MAKING FRIENDS WITH ANY OF THE DOGS SHE HAS ENCOUNTERED. WE HAVE NOT HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO SEE HER I TERACT WITH CATS BUT AT HER YOUNG AGE SHE IS VERY TRAINABLE. SHE WILL MAKE A GREAT ADDITION TO ANY FAMILY. WE HAVE HAD HER SPAYED AND BROUGHT UP TO DATE ON SHOTS, AND SHE IS HEARTWORM NEGATIVE. Our typical adoption fee for puppies younger than 6 months old is $400, and for older puppies and adults, the usual fee is $350. This includes microchip, spay/neuter,  up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, dewormings, flea/tick treatment, and heartworm test (if over 6 months old) as well as heartworm treatment if they test positive. There is a transport fee of $150 per dog, depending on the transporter. We use Pack Leaders Rescue Dog Transport most often, but also use Hearts Transport as well on occasion.
