PLEASE NOTE! Unless stated otherwise, our dogs and puppies are located in Arkansas, and transported to the north/northeast once adopted. We do occasionally have dogs/puppies placed in foster homes in the north/northeast. In the cases where the pet is somewhere other than Arkansas, it will be noted beside the name of the pet.

About Nori

8/27/25 Nori is a gorgeous brindle Rhodesian Ridgeback mix, with a full ridge down her back. She and the rest of her litter were dumped at a lake in the middle of a major heat wave here in Arkansas. Another rescue took the other puppies and we took her, because we only had a foster for 1 at the time. All puppies were saved, thankfully.

Nori is now about 5 months old. She will be a big girl. She is a sweet baby and will excel with some basic behavior training. True to her breed, she can be stubborn, but incredibly smart.

Nori is good with kids and dogs, and didn't bother the cat that she saw at the vet clinic. She is working on house training, but it is a work in progress. She will do best with structure. She is absolutely stunning! If this is your breed, you don't find many Ridgebacks in rescue, and certainly won't find one any more beautiful so don't miss out!

Nori is spayed, UTD on vaccinations, microchipped, and on flea/tick and heartworm prevention.

Located in AR and can be adopted locally, or she can transport to the New England area if adopted there. If adopted in New England, the adopter will need to pick her up (or arrange for a trusted friend/family to pick up) on a Saturday in PA, NY, or CT. Residents of other states may adopt as well, as long as they can meet our transporter along their route.
