Print an adoption flyer for Audrey! PLEASE NOTE! Unless stated otherwise, our dogs and puppies are located in Arkansas, and transported to the north/northeast once adopted. We do occasionally have dogs/puppies placed in foster homes in the north/northeast. In the cases where the pet is somewhere other than Arkansas, it will be noted beside the name of the pet.
Are you looking for a small dog? Dont miss out on Audrey! She is puppy sized without the puppy antics! The pictures make her look bigger than she really is. I’ve got videos I will post in the comments. This beautiful little girl was surrendered to a shelter; we aren’t sure why. She was very worried in the shelter and just shut down. Due to that, she was at high risk for euthanasia. Thanks to a foster being willing to take her (thank you Sandy) we were able to pull her from the shelter. She was so relieved to be out of that environment! Audrey is a small little lady, only about 20-25 lbs, although she looks a lot bigger in photos. She is full grown at about 2 years old. We do not know her breed. I can almost guarantee a DNA test would show a mix of many breeds. Audrey is house and crate trained. She is friendly and very loving, and she gets along very well with other dogs. We have not had the chance to test her with cats but I honestly can't imagine her being at all aggressive to anyone. She is very low key and quiet. She would be an excellent choice for adopters who live in an apartment or condo type home. She likes to be held and will jump up in your lap. She enjoys being outside basking in the sun and taking in the smells. She hasn’t had much leash time while in rescue, but she could use a little work in that area. She has not been in a car too much but she rode good on the few rides she’s been on. Audrey is fully vetted and ready to find her forever home.
