PLEASE NOTE! Unless stated otherwise, our dogs and puppies are located in Arkansas, and transported to the north/northeast once adopted. We do occasionally have dogs/puppies placed in foster homes in the north/northeast. In the cases where the pet is somewhere other than Arkansas, it will be noted beside the name of the pet.

7/3/13 Suki (formerly known as Soupy) was an owner surrender to our rescue. Her owner had her and a chihuahua named Bell and simply decided he didn't want them anymore. Suki is an amazing llittle girl. She is a pure bred pug. She is one of the smaller ones, weighing about 12 lbs. Suki is 2 years old. She loves everyone she meets and is a total love bug. This little girl is a little bit confused right now, because even though her owner may not have loved her, she loved him, and is wondering where he is and why she is not in her home anymore. Poor baby. :( It must be so hard for dogs in these situations. Suki is handling it well though, as she is very friendly and likes to be with people. She is housetrained and will be spayed next week and brought up to date on vaccinations. She is in a great foster home in Arkansas and will be transported to the northeast once adopted. Our typical adoption fee for puppies younger than 6 months old is $400, and for older puppies and adults, the usual fee is $350. This includes microchip, spay/neuter,  up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, dewormings, flea/tick treatment, and heartworm test (if over 6 months old) as well as heartworm treatment if they test positive. There is a transport fee of $150 per dog, depending on the transporter. We use Pack Leaders Rescue Dog Transport most often, but also use Hearts Transport as well on occasion.
