My name is Sandy and I help with the rescue Adopt-a-stray Rescue of Arkansas- I am also the foster mom to Harper and I am the one that found her, or I guess she and her sisters found me after some heartless person dropped them on my street. Harper and her 3 sisters had obviously not been fed well in a while and they were covered in so many ticks that I can't believe they could even be as health as they are now. Harper is the smallest of the 4 at about 25 pounds. She is completely vetted and ready to go to her forever home- including wormed, shots, rabies vaccine, spayed and anything else she needs.   Harper looks to be about 8  to 9 months old. She is extremely smart and has so much potential. She loves when I pick her up and hold her like a baby. She is an observer- not one to run up and take all the attention. She truly is a wonderful dog!  Harper is located in Arkansas but we transport dogs to the Northeast weekly once they are adopted. For more info on this sweet girl, please email kelley.aasr@gmail.com  and thank you for considering one of our rescues
